DESCRIPTION POLICY
Before making the decision to purchase an item/s from WAH-WAH, please take the time to make sure you have read the whole description, checked all measurements (we recommend that you do this in comparison to similar items of your own) and reviewed all images. Every item is described extensively and should provide you with a thorough understanding of its characteristics.
ORDER CANCELLATION
WAH-WAH reserves the right to cancel your order at any time, with sufficient reason. Reasons for cancellation of orders may be varied. If any faults in our system allow for the same item to be processed and invoiced for several different purchasers – the item will be sold to the party whose payment and order will process first. Orders may be cancelled for several different reasons. If your order is declined, you will be made aware via email, with the reason stated as to why. Orders may be cancelled in several cases, and full refunds of purchase price and shipping costs will be made.
CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACURACIES
The information of the wahwahaustralia.com website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please email info@wahwahaustralia.com with your enquiry.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available on full priced items (excluding pre-order items). If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and you will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the garment. Once the authorization is sent, items must be returned via trackable delivery within 5 days to be eligible for a return. Once returned, we will examine the item via a quality control checking process to ensure it has not been worn/used.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection. If a pre-paid return shipping label is supplied to the customer, $12 will be deducted from the balance of the refund.
If a customer has provides an incorrect address and has not informed WAH-WAH AUSTRALIA before the item ships, the item can not be refunded or replaced if lost.
We will not accept returns after the 7th day of the item being delivered. Since we can track delivery on all items, delivery date will be determined by Australia Post.
To request a return, please email us at info@wahwahaustralia.com stating the full reason.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. If you change your mind after 24 hours of placing your order, we are able to exchange for another item or credit note.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different style or size, please contact info@wahwahaustralia.com within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be required to cover the postage cost of the return, as well as the shipping of the exchanged item sent back to you. This will be invoiced to you once the original garment has been received back and inspected. Once the invoice has been paid, the exchange item will ship the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All international orders are correctly declared and may incur additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer and must be handled by them. WAH-WAH AUSTRALIA cannot be held responsible for any of these fees incurred, therefore the recipient is liable. WAH-WAH AUSTRALIA is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.
Please contact your local custom’s offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes. We cannot incorrectly declare your order or mark it as a gift. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact info@wahwahaustralia.com within one hour of placing your order. Orders are sent out the same day or next business day, so we will do our best to make amendments, however if the item has already shipped WAH-WAH does not take responsibility for using the original address supplied at checkout.
PRICING POLICY
Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, AfterPay and other PayPal accepted cards. All prices are in AUD. When converting prices to another currency a slight price variation of between may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank. We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at receiver’s end.
PRIVACY POLICY
WAH-WAH AUSTRALIA only collects personal information when you knowingly provide it. Personal information is collected in a number of ways, including directly from you over the phone or via email, within marketing activities and invitation responses, and when you submit information to us through our website. Your contact details may be used by us for the purpose of sending marketing correspondence or invitations to you. We acknowledge and respect an individual’s choice to opt out of our direct marketing communications and activities.
